Ethnology is a major that studies the occurrence, development and change of nationalities.Through field investigation, analysis of literature and comparative research, the author makes clear the social and economic structure, political system, social life, family and marriage, customs, religious belief, language, literature and art, moral norms and ideology of various ethnic groups.

Ethnology is a subject that takes nationality as the object of study.It makes a comprehensive investigation of the nationality as a whole, studies the origin, development and extinction process of the nationality, and studies the productive forces and relations of production, economic foundation and superstructure of each nationality.It is an independent discipline in the social sciences.Ethnology in a broad sense is often regarded as a branch of cultural anthropology.In the narrow sense, anthropology regards ethnology as a branch of anthropology.Carrying out field investigation or field work is the basic method of ethnology research.

International Law


International law refers to the general body of legal rules governing sovereign states and other entities with international personalities.

International law is also known as public international law to distinguish it from private international law or legal conflicts, which deal with differences between the domestic laws of different countries.International law is also distinct from domestic law, which is the internal law of a state regulating the conduct of individuals and other legal entities within its jurisdiction.

International law refers to the laws that several countries participate in formulating or internationally recognized and adjust the relations between countries.

Civil Law


The main teaching and research directions of civil law in the Law School include general Principles of civil law, commercial law theory, property law, debt and Contract Law, intellectual property law, marriage and family law, labor law, foreign civil and commercial law, etc.   

Civil Law is the general term for the legal norms that stipulate and regulate property and personal relations between citizens, legal persons and other unincorporated organizations with equal status.It is an independent legal branch of the national legal system, which is closely related to people's lives.Civil law includes not only formal civil law (namely civil code), but also separate civil laws and civil legal norms in other laws and regulations.
